Warren works at the intersection of change and innovation, often defining the future. Recent work included roadmapping product features and innovations for ecommerce B2C CPG and fintech sites. Both required 'front-end' UX / UI redesign with a focus on accessibility and solutions for Google's new SEO-impacting rules. Each involved extensive user testing. One heavily qualitative, the other heavily CRO A/B quantitative-testing.
Warren's experience includes leading cross-functional teams with Agile methodology, working closely with teams (including legal and compliance) and outside agencies and 3rd party integration partners.
